Hi there.

Been busy for the whole week and got no time to update. Joined a bigger firm, met a lot of colleagues there. :)
Still satisfy with the current workplace, and pray that everyone is friendly and treating each other sincere from their heart. Phobia of "2 faces" already.
[FYI: New firm is great! Will post the pictures of my new office soon] Cass, you like my new office right? I know you do. LOL!

There's 5 lawyers, a practicing lawyer, an accountant, 7 legal clerks [included me], 2 receptionists and 2 dispatch clerks.

I gave myself a week break before I join in the new firm. And, I back to cook, yalar, takut my cooking skill merosot :/
I enjoy cooking, but I don't cook so often.
I always complained my mum "Ma, your hands so smelly lar" whenever my mum comb my hair/help me dress up when I was young. Her hands full of garlic smell which is hard to get rid of it. After the bak-zhang preparation, I finally had smelly hands too. I peeled garlics and red onions, it's been a week! My hands still smelly lor -__-
Cooking isn't an easy job, preparation is the most important part. So, appreciate whoever cook for you, cos they need a lot of "xin si" :D

I'm glad that my "bao bak-zhang" skill still well-maintained, mum said I might be her "bak-zhang heir" LOL! (The preparation like hell, can't make it without helper) No wonder bak-zhang so expensive lah =X

BUBUR CHA-CHA TIME!!

Steamed yam and sweet potatoes cubes with panda leaves base.

Cornstarch cubes [Is it correct? Anything lar, Chinese is call "QIAN FEN/TAI BAI FEN" 芡粉/太白粉]. I rubbed the dough more than 10 minutes, just to make them more chewy. Haha.

Pandan soup, added in the steamed yam/sweet potatoes/cornstarch cubes, sugar, coconut milk. And done! :)

Nyumm nyumm!

3rd Anniversary is coming, I'll get him a present soon; Wondering what will he get for me this time? Haha. We made a deal that we shall exchange the present during dinner, he never gave me wrapped present!! Mostly I pick the things I want and he's the banker. LOL. This time will be different. :D
